No, I mean that would stop it being put on Kemono. it's the only correct answer. also I hope this p*rn being the most profitable sh*t dies a swift death.

Ever heard of the concept art industry where even the /beg/est of the /beg/ get paid 300 dollars a day just bashing photos together?
And if you've got the experience you get paid 500-1000 per day working freelance?
But nah 5 dollar furry commissions is where the cash is!

From what I've seen, kemono doesn't really do sh*t if you dm your art out to people. But people stealing art on kemono aren't potential supporters you're missing out on, they wouldn't pay you sh*t either way.

People that only view your work on kemono were likely never going to support you monetarily anyway if kemono was never an option. If anything it's more like advertising to me. Supporters will pay on patreon to support you if they have the money and like your stuff. You can even make request polls and raffles to incentivize people joining but kemono isn't stealing supporters from you.

Use this as an opportunity to raise your monthly sub. you already have prove that it's happening.

I never was going to pay you anyway, but I will share and advertise your art for free.
Be happy that what you make is wanted enough that others want to share how appealing it is with others

Or I guess do the opposite and spend more time trying to stop 'piracy' then actually drawing and stagnate your earnings!

And I’ve started supporting people because I could actually see what they were cropping out and liked it.

Ideally sites like patreon should apply an individual hidden watermark for every user so you can identify and kick out leakers

Distribute an exclusive pic via DM, but with a singular pixel change to change the checksum. When it gets uploaded, compare the checksum and out the guy.

Who are you? I might check it out.
Also, the good part is that your stuff is so good that is worth the leak.

if it's affecting your cash negatively, you can just post crops and wips on Patreon and announce you're sending the rewards. Idk how it's exactly done, maybe send the art to every e-mail that's currently paying you?
It's not foolproof, but it's "Kemono-proof" since they can't upload the art you never put in a post.

      Seriously
Patreon keeps f*cking up over and over and their earnings have been dropping. f*ck, they can't even charge their customers' cards properly. How much longer can they survive?

Artists should get paid for their work, but they should also let their work be free to spread.

That's like asking people to not share music, games, or movies on the internet. So long as your stuff is still easily accessible people will pay for it - if it's good of course.
However, if I were you, I'd put a greater focus on making something people want to buy, rather than trying to live off of a donation-like system.
Maybe collect your work and turn it into a coffee table book? Make shirts? Make a simple game? Make an actual usable product rather being dependent on patrons.

I've noticed a lot of artists have stopped posting on Patreon and started using discord to distribute their content.

At this point Patreon is just a glorified middle man to handle subscriptions.

I searched for my stuff on kemono party for the first time today and surprised they have a lot of my stuff on there, but I was disappointed that it wasn't a comprehensive collection.

You don't. Making your legitimate patrons jump through hoops is the dumbest thing you could do and turns them off supporting you for more than a month.
Kemono is literally free advertising, and people can see if you're actually worth it to subscribe to.

People shouldn't support you to get access to exclusive art, they should support you because they want you to keep making your art.

Don't keep art locked up permanently, post it after a month or month in a half after you posted it for patreons. Having people less desperate for your next artwork reduces how willing people to leak it.
