- ¼ cup condesed milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- black pepper
- salt
Instructions
Boil or blanch the red bell pepper
Chop the bell pepper into tiny bits.

I used Tillamook cheddar cheese and it feels grainy after melted. Do you know why this happened? Or do i have to use one of those quick melt cheeses?

Haven't used that brand, it may have not melted properly
